Job Summary
Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery and equipment, including HVAC and refrigeration, as part of Croasdaile Village’s maintenance operations. Supports the Director of Plant Operation with scheduling refurbishments, daily work orders, and special projects; reads building blue prints; uses HVAC/R test equipment; performs preventative maintenance; repairs electrical apparatus and piping systems; fabricates/replaces components and maintains physical structures; welds and cuts metal as needed; fosters resident-care hospitality expectations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be CPR certified within 30 days of employment
- Must be certified as a Level II HVAC & R Technician
- Two year degree in mechanical systems, refrigeration/air conditioning maintenance preferred
