Maintenance Technician I - Full-Time

Job Summary
Repair and replace light bulbs, electrical motors, ballasts, and minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues. Vacuum refrigeration filters, change HVAC filters, and maintain facility equipment while providing preventative maintenance. Hang promotional signs, fix restroom and kitchen problems, and assist with event setup. Ensure guest record confidentiality, promote positive relations, and follow the facility disaster plan. Work safely indoors and outdoors in a 24/7 casino and hotel environment, lifting up to 75+ pounds. Requires a Washington State Class III Gaming License, one year of maintenance experience, and ability to obtain lift and fork truck certification within 90 days.
Required Qualifications

- Neat well-groomed professional appearance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in maintenance/electrical environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- General carpentry and repair skills
- Strong background in troubleshooting building problems
- Good judgement
- Age 18 years or older
- Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Driving record that at least meets the minimum requirements established by Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel vehicle insurance provider
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75+ pounds
