Maintenance Technician I - Full-Time

Job Summary
Repair and replace light bulbs, electrical motors, ballasts, and minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry problems. Vacuum refrigeration filters, change HVAC filters, and maintain facility equipment including restrooms, kitchens, and toilets. Hang promotional signs, assist with event setup, and provide preventative maintenance as instructed. Act on facility disaster plans and help set up events. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a neat appearance and working safely with proper equipment. This role requires a minimum of one year of maintenance experience, basic electrical and plumbing knowledge, and a Washington State Class III Gaming License. The position is full-time within a 24/7 environment at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel, with occasional weekend hours and later shifts.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in maintenance/electrical environment
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing
- General carpentry and repair skills
- Strong background in troubleshooting building problems
- Good judgement
- Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Driving record that at least meets the minimum requirements established by Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel vehicle insurance provider
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75+ pounds
