Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I responsible for routine building maintenance and repairs across facilities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, lighting, and grounds. Roles include minor repairs, supervising contract services (pest control, copy machines, telephone, street lighting, utilities), inspecting and testing machinery and systems, and maintaining schedules and records. Requires ability to read/write English, pass physical tasks (lifting >50 lbs, outdoor work, varied weather), and a valid state driver license; high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of maintenance/repair experience are expected.
Required Qualifications

- Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds
