Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance activities and resolve customer maintenance requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other building systems. Complete assigned maintenance work orders within five business days of vacancy while participating in after-hours on-call rotation for emergency service calls. Perform tasks using personal basic tools and reliable transportation, adhering to all safety and compliance standards. This role supports our mission to enhance neighborhoods and build communities across our Midwest multifamily portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
