Job Summary
Maintain hotel facilities and grounds with repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, and painting; develop, implement, and monitor safety programs (ergonomic, emergency response, injury prevention); keep detailed records and reports; provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members; collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule department needs; ensure an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude; role is Part-time at Drury Hotels with opportunities for growth and development.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC; ability to provide ongoing training for Maintenance Tech I team members; knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations; ability to develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure work and safety compliance with ergonomic, emergency-response, and injury-prevention regulations; ability to speak, write, and receive direction in English.
