Job Summary
Ensure safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems while maintaining maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations. Maintain and repair all equipment, buildings, and facilities; troubleshoot machinery and conveyor systems using Pick2Light systems to analyze errors and reset faults. Establish and coordinate priority work projects and repairs, supporting process and logistics improvement initiatives. Collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate recommendations effectively. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in Arlington, TN, with ability to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 2 + years related experience or technical training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and stooping
- Ability to review and process shipping documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM, and MHE Systems
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) systems
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to work overtime as needed
