Job Summary
Camelot is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician I to support daily operations, ensuring that buildings remain safe, functional, and welcoming, through exceptional service to staff and tenants.
Required Qualifications
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Managing service tickets (opening, assigned/completed/closed).
- Setting up and tearing down rooms for meetings and events.
- Performing daily building walks to check safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Inspecting and completing minor equipment repairs.
- Reporting and relaying issues to the lead technician for vendor or engineer support.
- Assisting with vendor coordination and work order tracking.
- Supporting internal teams with office and event needs (printing, posting, decorating).
- Helping upkeep of common areas.
- Assisting with basic inventory management of supplies and tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy for work orders, email, and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve minor equipment or system issues.
- Time management for balancing daily tasks and emergencies.
