Maintenance Technician I

Perform general custodial tasks including trash removal, window washing, furniture moving, and fill-in housekeeping duties. Execute floor care such as cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning throughout the facility. Assist with building maintenance and construction work on all surfaces, as well as grounds maintenance like lawn care and snow removal. Provide general repairs to facility and residents' equipment while operating hand and power tools and various machines safely. Work 30 hours a week with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Experience in a health care setting and building/grounds maintenance is preferred.
