Maintenance Technician I (Baldwin, Hills)

Perform general repairs on toilets, registers, drains, blinds, and light fixtures while conducting cleaning and touch-up painting in mechanical rooms. Replace air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers using tools such as vacuums, drills, and steam cleaners. Assist with logistics, supply handling, and material movement while strictly following safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures. Support the engineering team with additional duties as assigned. This on-site role in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles requires a high school diploma, three years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and work in enclosed spaces. Monday through Friday schedule with overtime eligibility and a salary of $45k/year.
