Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I at Fresh Texas is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance on line equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components, and maintaining and diagnosing pneumatic and hydraulic systems. The role involves replacing PC boards and programming VFDs, diagnosing malfunctions, maintaining documentation and records, and adhering to safety practices including LOTO and GMP. Candidates should develop skills in reading schematics/blueprints, mathematics, power tools, and hand tools, participate in preventive maintenance programs, and support overall plant equipment and facility upkeep.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred or equivalent; must have valid driver’s license
- Flexible availability: we work night and weekend shifts
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong general mechanical aptitude
- Display a strong sense of ownership for work
- Detail Oriented
