Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I performing mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment; identifies and sources parts, operates multiple machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder), may perform welding, ensures 5S and housekeeping standards, participates in CI activities, updates CMMS history, troubleshoots control systems and analyzes software/hardware/configuration issues, uses predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment data, provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership, and completes on-the-job/self-study programs for career development, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and control systems maintenance in a factory environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program
