Job Summary
Address a diverse range of residential service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by executing repairs to return units to market-ready conditions. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to eliminate equipment breakdowns and complete on-call emergency services within a rotation, including mandatory hours for snow events during winter months. Communicate promptly with the Property Manager regarding unresolved maintenance issues. This role requires multitasking, a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Prior experience in residential maintenance and EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications are preferred. Monday through Friday availability between 8am and 5pm is required.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, teammates, and vendors
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities effectively
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Auto insurance
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to attend training sessions and obtain additional certifications as needed
- Ability to adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies
- Availability Monday – Friday between 8am - 5pm with on-call rotation
- Willingness to work mandatory hours for snow events during winter months
