Job Summary
Maintenance Technician I at 1200 Riverside, Burbank, CA. Responsibilities include turnover/renovation work, responding to maintenance service requests, internal/external repairs (drywall, painting, plumbing, boilers/HVAC, appliances), fabricating and repairing components, operating hand/machine tools, inventory management, and after-hours/emergency coverage. Requires 1 year of multi-trade experience and a high school diploma or GED (or technical training/experience). Must be able to read/service orders, communicate effectively, and be available to work weekends. Salary range $22.00-$24.00/hour with full-time benefits and a two-part $1,000 sign-on bonus; background check and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.
- Able to read and interpret service orders and documents
- Ability to work weekends
- MSDS knowledge
- OSHA knowledge
- Technical school or related training helpful
