Job Summary
Conduct daily rounds to check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and safety concerns. Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating system repairs while fulfilling customer service requests promptly. Handle prep and turnover of vacant units, clean grounds and common areas, and execute light carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks. Maintain general cleanliness of the property and address immediate life safety risks such as fire alarms and trip hazards. Take after-hours on-call duties as assigned. Requires HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and excellent diagnostic skills.
