Maintenance Technician HVAC

Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner, performing apartment make-ready tasks, repairs, and unit preparation. Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units, while identifying and fixing plumbing issues like leaks and minor pipe repairs. Maintain pool equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and assist with general property upkeep through preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation. HVAC and pool certifications are preferred, along with experience in apartment maintenance and work order systems.
