Maintenance Technician (HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electrical/ General Maintenance)

Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. Troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and lighting units to ensure minimal downtime while conducting general building repairs like carpentry and painting. Professionally clean floors and patios as needed, maintain work documentation, and monitor inventory for supplies. Respond promptly to emergency service requests and collaborate with the operations team to prioritize urgent repairs. Ensure compliance with safety codes and building standards. This role requires availability for on-call shifts, after hours, weekends, and a 5-day schedule from 2pm to 10pm, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance role
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to travel between various Dutch Bros locations
- Must be available for on call, after hours and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly, and occasionally heavier weights with assistance
- Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and scaffolding at heights
- Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and crouching in tight or awkward spaces
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including high temperatures, cold, and outdoor weather
- Must be available to work from 2pm-10pm 5 nights a week, including Saturday and Sunday
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) is helpful
- Familiarity with using diagnostic equipment and hand tools for repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
