Job Summary
Maintenance Technician HVAC responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to HVAC/R systems including air conditioning, furnaces, plumbing, electrical, ice machines, PTACs, and walk-in refrigeration; respond to emergencies such as fires, power outages, gas or water leaks; perform basic mechanical and HVAC/R repairs and preventative maintenance; possess working knowledge of facilities infrastructure and critical facilities operations; provide superior guest service; universal EPA certification required; role may require obtaining/maintaining necessary licenses/certifications; must be 21+, able to stand/walk, and operate hand and power tools; strong communication and radio-casi relations skills.
Required Qualifications
- Universal EPA certification
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
- Prior related experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout shift
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in confined areas
- Must be able to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio
- Must have excellent communication skills
