Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (HVAC & EPA) at Domain 3201 in Tucson, AZ, with a sign-on bonus. Responsible for completing maintenance service requests and general repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry) as well as HVAC tasks and other appliances. May be on call and work a non-traditional schedule for events and weekends. Assists with preparing vacant units rent-ready, and with plumbing issues (replacing faucets, toilets, hot water tanks; fixing disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines). Includes grounds work (trash, sweeping, pressure washing, landscaping). Must adhere to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines. Requires high school diploma/GED or vocational training, 1+ years in maintenance, HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing licensing, basic math/reading, problem solving, and ability to multitask. Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school/GED or specialized vocational training
- Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing is required
- 1+ years of experience in building and facility maintenance is preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License, current automobile insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to read and write in English at intermediate level
- Willingness to work overtime and on call, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
