Duties involve troubleshooting minor failures in air conditioning and heating units, repairing minor electrical and plumbing problems, bringing units to market-ready condition, and maintaining common areas like laundry rooms and pools. Ensure the property meets resident satisfaction standards and be available for on-call emergencies.
