Job Summary
Full-time Maintenance Technician responsible for surveying buildings, repairing mechanical systems to health and safety standards, installing and maintaining systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, change filter furnaces etc.), assist in setup of systems and conduct repairs when necessary, maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality, navigate electronic work orders, inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs, perform manual repairs (locks, windows), and perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal, while lifting up to 90lbs; positions located in Fredericktown and Marble Hill, MO with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired
- Maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic technology (smartphone/computer)
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
