Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to ensure health and safety standards; maintenance and installation of systems (replacing light bulbs and sockets, cleaning and repairing circuit breaker panels, changing filters, heating and plumbing) and assisting in setup; inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs; perform diverse maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal; ability to navigate smartphones and electronic work orders; lift up to 90 lbs and stand up to 8 hours. Preferred qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC or building maintenance certificates, and CMPR certification; benefits include 401(k) with company match and health/dental/vision insurance.
