Job Summary
Prioritize and manage work orders with urgency while troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and HVAC systems. Maintain landscape irrigation, pool chemistry, and coordinate annual inspections of backflow, elevator, boiler, and fire suppression systems. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service to residents and staff, communicating clearly to ensure understanding and follow-up. Use company devices for documentation and partner with managers to plan solutions and support unit turnover schedules. Take ownership of property upkeep, grounds care, pest control, and preventative maintenance, helping residents understand the importance of daily care. Step into leadership during rotating on-call rotations, handling emergencies with accountability and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in maintenance, building, or landscaping trades
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be insurable under HC's automobile insurance plan at the standard rate
- Residency in Larimer or Weld County
- Ability to relocate within six months if not currently residing in Larimer or Weld County
- Residency within 30 minutes of the properties

- Ability to take ownership of property upkeep, daily grounds care, supporting pest control schedule, preventative maintenance, routine and seasonal maintenance
- Ability to help residents understand the importance of preventative maintenance and pest control

Desired Qualifications
- CPO Certification
- EPA Certification for HVAC
- Licensing or extensive/professional training in electrical, plumbing and HVAC fields
