Job Summary
Conduct upkeep, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on ice machines, refrigeration units, and air handling units while adhering to Shaner Hotels and franchise standards. Manage general maintenance tasks, ensure quality and cleanliness across daily assignments, and handle guest complaints to maintain satisfaction. Assist with scheduled inventories, follow the maintenance program and cleaning schedule, and comply with all house, safety, and security procedures. Full-time evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Minimum of two years of experience preferably in a hotel
- Knowledge of all mechanical equipment critical to the operation of the building
- Proper chemical handling and disposal
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
