Job Summary
Maintains and repairs building systems and equipment across HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pool equipment, carpentry, drywall, and exterior areas; schedules and performs preventative maintenance; ensures timely unit turnovers; delivers excellent guest service to promote a quality living experience; provides on-call emergency maintenance; oversees contractor work for proper completion; communicates with supervisor on overall maintenance operations; adheres to health, safety standards and company policies; performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft office, etc.)
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
- Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must work well in a team environment
- 2 years of building maintenance or experience in a related field preferred
- HCAV, Appliance, or Electrical certifications preferred
