Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems while reviewing work orders to prioritize and schedule assignments. Proactively inspect the property to identify needs, execute preventative maintenance programs, and maintain the building exterior. Listen and respond to guest maintenance requests, working independently to ensure facilities run smoothly. This role requires 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- 1 year in a maintenance role, that required the troubleshooting and repairing of various systems and equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises
Desired Qualifications
- Hotel maintenance experience preferred
