Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Denton, TX. Responsibilities include assisting in all maintenance needs and service requests, performing preventative maintenance, capital projects, turnover/make ready processes, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Duties involve basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating & cooling, and other building systems; maintain a well-organized shop; adhere to safety and Fair Housing policies; participate in on-call and weekend duties; assist the Maintenance Supervisor with in-house and capital projects; and provide excellent customer service to residents. Hourly compensation and on-site housing discount may apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year related experience and/or training
