Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Ellensburg, WA. Supports the Maintenance Supervisor with service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, turnover/make ready, and resident relations; on-call and some weekend availability required; rental housing discount available if living on site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HVAC I and II Certification preferred.
- CPO Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
