Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring/tile, electrical and plumbing tasks, HVAC routine and preventative maintenance, installation and servicing of kitchen equipment and window AC units, equipment and furniture moves, and assist with renovations and tenant-unit cleaning; respond to off-hour facility emergencies as part of rotating schedule across 140 units in Morris County, onsite, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sufficient experience with construction means and methods
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to building trades
- Functional working knowledge of computing systems and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs., and navigating stairs and uneven terrain
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
