Maintenance Technician - Holloway

Maintains and repairs building systems and property fixtures to meet Greystar standards. Handles work orders from residents and preventative maintenance, completes make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, tracks inventory and materials, documents service activity, and participates in safety training and inspections. Requires EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license; may travel occasionally to assist other properties. The role emphasizes diagnosing defects, coordinating with vendors, following safety procedures, and performing general cleaning and minor repairs to preserve property condition and resident safety.
