Job Summary
Perform electrical troubleshooting, schematic reading, and equipment maintenance for the Cardinal Coating Plant, utilizing PLC knowledge and experience with Siemens or Allen Bradley systems. Execute repair and installation tasks while strictly adhering to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and PPE requirements. Manage diverse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100+ pounds with assistance, standing for extended periods, and performing elevated work on lifts and ladders. Maintain a clean work environment and collaborate effectively within the team-based maintenance department.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to grip at least 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to lift up to 100+ pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk 6,000 to 10,000 steps per shift
- Ability to perform elevated work on various lifts
- Ability to use ladders and steps to access areas of need
- Multi-tasking skills
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Must be able to successfully work in a team-based environment
