Maintenance Technician

Perform repairs and maintenance on the hotel's physical infrastructure using hand and power tools to ensure the property is well-maintained. Execute routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC functions while responding to guest service requests and keeping completion records. Notify management of major repair needs for lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Program phone equipment, observe daily utility meter readings, and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets files. Ensure par stocking of parts and supplies, learn emergency procedures, and remain accessible to the Front Desk and Chief Engineer. Complete a background check prior to employment.
