Maintenance Technician - Hiring First and Second Shift

Job Summary
Perform pool care, boiler room chemical testing, and water softener maintenance. Conduct air conditioning and heat changeovers, complete guest room care, and repair food service equipment. Review and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment while assisting with snow removal. Inspect and maintain infrastructure and water systems, and maintain accurate time and material billing records. Utilize a motor vehicle to pick up supplies and parts as necessary. Available for first and second shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires high school diploma, general maintenance knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- You are at least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
- You are responsible for your own basic hand tools
- You are able to crouch, bend, stand and/or sit in one position for prolonged periods of time
- You possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- You have a knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful
