Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment in a JIT production environment; troubleshooting electrical systems (three-phase motors, start/stop circuits, AC/DC drives, wiring and conduit); performing equipment installation, PMs, and completing projects; record all line calls, work orders, PMs, and history electronically in eMaintenance; maintain license to operate Hilo, Scissor Lift, and Articulating Lift; willing to work overtime and any shift; focus on continuous skill/knowledge development; adhere to safety and quality; perform tasks as directed by Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
- Industrial automotive experience (Preferred)
- Mechanical, Technical & Electrical Expertise (Preferred)
- Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Mon - Fri, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Ability to safely access vertical areas via stairs or ladder
- Ability to safely work with Power Tools
- Standing or walking 6-8 hours to assist production
- Bending, Pushing, & Pulling
