Maintenance Technician- Highrise

Job Summary
Perform independently technical maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, and appliances. Execute apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days, including installation of blinds, filter changes, and miscellaneous repairs. Manage common area maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and pressure washing. Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, and shutter issues while maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program. Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and ensure all work areas remain clean and safe. Requires a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance; EPA certification preferred. On-call hours required.
