Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s equipment, systems, and facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and addressing issues to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with other departments, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents and staff. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; conducting property inspections; responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner; fabricating and installing components; supervising and training junior maintenance staff; maintaining CMMS records; assisting with snow removal and seasonal upkeep; collaborating with property management to ensure operational efficiency; ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies; and performing other duties as needed.
