Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and property structures while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Conduct property inspections to identify potential concerns, respond to service requests timely, and fabricate or install components to maintain standards. Supervise and train junior staff as required, maintain accurate CMMS records, and assist with snow removal and seasonal upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety standards and collaborate with property management for operational efficiency. This role supports the Maintenance Career Path from Tech I through Regional Supervisor levels.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Snow removal experience
- Leadership skills to supervise and train junior staff
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
