Job Summary
Conduct regular upkeep of the property, including preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement to ensure resident satisfaction. Complete maintenance requests from residents via work orders and check fire extinguishers, smoke detectors monthly, and boilers daily. Verify knowledge of water, gas, and sewer shut-offs while assuring the cleanliness and repair of vacant units. Inspect pools if applicable and report projected expenses to the Property Manager. Perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers. This full-time role at Poplar Bridge Apartments includes a starting hourly rate of $27.00 with optional on-call opportunities.
