Job Summary
Ensure resident satisfaction through regular upkeep, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement. Complete maintenance requests from residents via work orders and check fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and boilers on specified schedules. Verify water, gas, and sewer shut-offs while assuring the cleanliness and repair of vacant units. Inspect pools and complete miscellaneous reports, then report projected expenses to the Property Manager. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $28.00 with optional on-call opportunities, 40-hour full-time hours, and access to on-site amenities.
