Maintenance Technician

Ensure resident satisfaction through regular property upkeep, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Complete maintenance requests from residents via work orders and verify fire safety equipment monthly while checking boilers daily. Maintain knowledge of water and gas shut-offs, fixture locations, and sewer clean-outs. Assure the cleanliness and repair of vacant units, inspect pools if applicable, and complete miscellaneous reports. Report projected expenses to the Property Manager as authorized. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by management. Full-time, 40-hour week with an optional on-call rotation. Starting hourly rate is $30.00.
