Maintenance Technician-Hickory Creek

Job Summary

Conduct plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs, including sweat copper pipe, wiring, and boiler maintenance. Install lighting fixtures, drywall, and appliances while managing work order processing and unit turns. Coordinate with vendors to complete resident requests within 24 hours and ensure vacant apartments are made ready within seven days. Communicate repair timelines to residents and update work orders in PM software. Maintain superior organization and honest time reporting while delivering courteous service to residents and staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Superior organization and communication skills
  • Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers, and supervisors, vendors and other service providers
  • Must be honest in time reporting
  • Reliable and on-time to work
  • HVAC experience
  • Valid drivers license

Desired Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience
  • Multi-family property management experience
