Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and facilities, including electric motors, pneumatic lines, hydraulic lines, conveyor systems, and electrical systems; perform preventive maintenance, disassemble equipment as needed, inspect and verify new components, adjust functional parts and control mechanisms, clean and lubricate equipment, and operate metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to make/repair parts; must follow safety policies and procedures and have experience with power and hand tools, with prior maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED preferred. Shift typically Day; located in Hickory, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Vocational or trade school training in any maintenance field is a plus
