Job Summary
Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely manner while assisting with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks. Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems. Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs. Respond to emergency maintenance calls on an on-call rotation. Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory. Requires 3–5 years of maintenance or trade experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable, detail-oriented teamwork. Competitive pay of $23–$27/hr with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial setting
- General knowledge of building systems and repair work
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
