Maintenance Technician

Complete daily work orders, repairs, and service requests in a timely manner while assisting with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks. Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems. Conduct property inspections and support preventative maintenance programs. Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory. Respond to emergency maintenance calls on an on-call rotation. Requires 3–5 years of maintenance or trade experience in a residential or commercial setting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. HVAC certification is a plus.
