Job Summary
Perform physical labor on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects while operating hand and power tools such as drills and hammers. Clean and prepare construction sites by erecting scaffolding, removing debris, digging trenches, and loading/unloading supplies manually or with equipment. Work with crew members under supervisor direction, maintaining balance on ladders and complying with all safety policies. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions. Full-time role in Tampa, FL, with opportunities for training across Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year verifiable experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Good manual dexterity
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
