Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician at the Helena Housing Authority is responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and landscaping. Required Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation with vocational coursework
- Three (3) years of experience in building construction and/or maintenance and grounds keeping
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Montana driver's license
- Must pass an extensive background check, including criminal history check
- Rotating on-call availability to respond in-person within 30 minutes of an emergency call

- Must pass a criminal history check
- Must be able to perform manual labor in all types of weather
