Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment, systems, and physical structures while complying with building safety codes. Execute urgent corrective and routine repairs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems. Maintain records of all inspections and repairs, and assist with manual duties such as painting, wall repair, and supply movement. Read blueprints, interpret instructions, and prepare specifications as needed. Work on-call after hours, ensuring a safe environment for patients and family members. Adhere to all safety rules, report hazards, and participate in required safety programs and trainings. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow federal and state documentation guidelines.
