Job Summary
Monitor property for repairs and replacements, completing work requests for common areas and apartment units. Perform preventative maintenance, assess and repair appliances as needed, and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents. Create and maintain a safe work environment with occasional on-call duties. This role supports the daily operations of Haven at Congaree Pointe, a 198-unit community in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license and insurance
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in maintenance
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
- HVAC and EPA experience
- CPO certification
