Job Summary
Maintenance Technician position at Towne Properties - Merrick Place Apartments in Lexington, KY. Responsibilities include performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repairs, and general maintenance to keep the community running smoothly and efficiently; turning apartments quickly for new residents; completing work orders with speed and customer service; maintaining curb appeal and supporting seasonal grounds care; and participating in on-call rotations.
