Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for Harmony at the Park in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for daily maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances; exterior/property upkeep and pool areas; respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests; prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists; inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds; communicate with vendors and contractors; requires at least three years of relevant experience, working knowledge of trades, and a valid driver's license; HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal preferred, CPO certification preferred; starting hourly pay $20-$24 with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
